I want you to try something.
Imagine you’re leaving Church and you go out to eat and the place is full from front to back! You Look around and think to yourself
the Food must be really good in this place? I Wounder if the prices are expensive? What kind of Food do they serve? While you are thinking about that you see a waiter bring out a large plater of food
and the portions are huge and steam is coming off the food and you say lets take a number and wait to be seated! You came for food but you can't makeup your mind on what you want to eat?
But wait — you don’t even know what you really want?
Now, what are you going to do do next?
Whether giving to a restraute or to the church why you give it has everything to do with what you will recieve in the end! if
you don’t know why you’re doing it, it’s hard to know what to do,
or how to do it at the right time!
The why is the foundation.
The Bible said in Malachi 3:10 Bring the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house and prove me now herewith,
saith the Lord of hosts, if i will not open you the windows of heaven and pour you out a Blessing that there shall not be room enough to recieve it. (old testament) Taking care of God's house should
be a concern for all believers but when the money get's funny people question if they have to forfull this part of the Bible because it's old testament and Jesus didn't say it?
Let's look at a New Testament word that Jesus did say about Tithes in Luke 11:42 But woe unto YOU, Pharisees! For you tithe, mint
and rue and all manner of herbs, and pass over judgement and the Love of God: these you ought to have done, and not to leave the other undone. looks like Jesus was more concerned with Why you Give as
well! it's not about you being seen when you give but the intent of your heart will help you to see Why!
2 Cor 9:7 Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a
cheerful giver! this is the part you learn after you figure out that the tithing belongs to God and He is letting you manage it and after life turns you up and down the (why give) becomes clear! Now
your offerings are completely up to you but i've learned to pray and ask the Holy Spirit about what to Give for my Offerings! I can sow sparinly but I quickly learned that you will reap sparingly! If
you give a little you will reap a little but when you grow to the place where you sow bountifully you will reap Bountifully! Now the Why Give becomes even clearer!
Once you’re clear about why you’re giving, the actual act of giving
becomes not just easier, but so much more enjoyable, and rewarding. Because it is done with good intentions. I could tell you why I would give. But that’s not the point. The point is to figure
out that answer for Why You Give for yourself?
When you are Young most people give to get that's when you first get started kind of like Going to a favorite eatting place they
Give you Get! But After God Helps you threw a few things and Life moves in on you! I finally realize that I give because He Gave to Me his Son? When the dust of life clears and my understanding
has growen the WHY GIVE becomes even clearner! God Loves A Cheerful Giver because He Is!
